A large-scale restaurant and social club built around motorcycle culture, originally established in London, England, and expanded into the U.S. with its Downtown Los Angeles location, featuring expansive dining, bar, and event spaces. SŌKELL was pleased to be part of the team supporting that expansion into the U.S.
At SŌKELL, the work focused on planning and documenting a complex layout, producing permit drawings, and working through plan check and corrections with Planning, Building & Safety, Health, and ADA, including coordinating approval for installation of a new grease interceptor with Industrial Waste, and securing the building and health permits.
